IGUANA GONE® ships to the U.S.A. ONLY.
SHIPPING. All of the items for sale on this site are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Fedex Ground. Our standard "free shipping" is UPS Ground. Average shipping time is 3 to 5 days. In some instances (like with overseas packages), it might be necessary to send a product via alternate shipping methods. Any shipping times quoted on the site are based on average shippiing times of all orders. Although we work to ensure the timeliest method of delivery, and the accurate portrayal of shipping times, IGUANA GONE® reserves the right to make adjustments to shipping times due to changing market conditions and production delays that were not predictable. IGUANA GONE® cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once product has been shipped.
DAMAGED GOODS. If an item is received damaged or broken, notify the shipper immediately then contact our customer service so that we may remedy the situation. Please retain order and tracking numbers and keep all damaged goods / packaging for later inspection by the shipper. Any and all damage claims must be reported to IGUANA GONE® within 24 hours of acceptance of delivery. If merchandise is damaged or defective, we will arrange for repair or replacements at our discretion. IGUANA GONE® is not responsible for any damage not reported within 24 hours of acceptance of delivery. No Exception. At IGUANA GONE® we strive to provide each customer with a pleasant and memorable experience. By inspecting your deliveries and properly documenting any damages and notifying us promptly, you are providing IGUANA GONE® with the ability to guarantee your satisfaction. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS. Shipments to other countries may be subject to additional shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT and other taxes imposed by their respective government. Our customer is directly responsible to pay such duties to their respective regulatory authorities.
REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES. Sorry, there are no refunds on IGUANA GONE® products. Once an order is processed, the order cannot be cancelled and cannot be returned or exchanged. We greatly appreciate your understanding. Your order is reviewed for accuracy and verified as soon as it is received, then immediately prepared for shipping. For that reason, we are unable to accept cancellations, in either whole or part, once the order is placed. All delivered product that is received in good condition is non-refunadable and non-returnable; no exceptions. In the event of damaged goods (i.e., non-working sprayer heads, broken ground stakes, broken bottle, etc.), we will exchange/replace ONLY the part of the order that is damaged.
DELAYS. Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Most orders normally ship out within 1 day. If shipment has been delayed for any reason, we try our best to notify customers. Though we make every possible effort to honor customer requests, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery dates or times. We urge customers to order far enough in advance if they need an order by a specific date.

IGUANA GONE® reserves the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services and to correct any errors in the pricing contained on our website. We shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill orders at old or erroneous prices. IGUANA GONE® has attempted to accurately depict the products offered on our website. However, because the depiction of a product is dependent on your computer monitor, IGUANA GONE® cannot guarantee that such depiction will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. Actual colors of products may also differ depending upon your monitor and IGUANA GONE® is not responsible if the actual product color does not match the color on your monitor.
